On the occasion of World Alzheimer’s Day (21 September), the Galician Association of Relatives of Alzheimer’s Patients and other Dementias (AFAGA) is organising the following talk in Vigo on 21 September at 19:30: “New treatments approved for Alzheimer’s disease” and “New profiles in dementias”.
Carlos Spuch, R4 researcher of the Translational Neuroscience Group of the Health Research Institute Galicia Sur and Maxi Rodríguez, health psychologist, will give the conference.
With this event, AFAGA Alzheimer’s continues to create a space for meetings and specialised training, where health and social-health professionals reflect on the current situation and future challenges in dementia care.
The event will take place at the Marco Museum in Vigo, at Rúa Príncipe 54, and admission is free until full capacity is reached.
