The Achegamed project aims to bring health monitoring closer to the patient by developing a unit with comprehensive capacity for capturing and storing biomedical parameters safely, processing them in real time and with the possibility of communicating with a care service in the event of alerts or pathologically detectable values. This device will result in two marketable formats with different uses: a fixed kiosk with a direct connection to care systems, and a portable system for measurement and ubiquitous clinical assistance. This collaborative project is led by PLEXUS, with the participation of Imaxdi Real Innovation, Intellectia Bank and Informática El Corte Inglés.
